You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to use Homeowners Quiz.

Homeowners Quiz is a general, informational checkup based on your answers. It isn't a home inspection. It isn't insurance, financial, or security advice.

Your home protection score and ratings are general, based only on what you told us. Nobody looks at your home to make them. For decisions about your home, your money, or your safety, talk with a qualified professional.

Quotes, eligibility, pricing, and terms come from our partners, not from us. When you visit a partner's site or talk with a partner, their own terms and privacy policy apply.

We can't promise that any partner will make you an offer, or that an offer will fit your needs. Partners may pay us when you use their links or fill in their forms on their own sites. See how we work with partners.

The checkup and your home protection score need no contact details. If you ask for your results by email, the form on your results page has one required consent box, for emails and texts from Homeowners Quiz and Facefwd LLC. That consent is covered by the words next to the box, not by these terms. You can withdraw it at any time, as explained in Emails and texts in our Privacy Policy.

When you use Homeowners Quiz, you agree to:

• Give accurate information about yourself and your home.
• Only enter a phone number you own or regularly use.
• Only enter your own details, not someone else's.
• Not use bots or other automated tools on the site.
• Not break the law, or try to disrupt or break into the site.

The site's text, design, illustrations, and logo belong to Facefwd LLC or the people we license them from. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal use. Please don't copy, sell, or reuse it for anything else.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or right for your home.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Facefwd LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for anything a partner does or offers. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars.

Some states don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
